30-day money-back guarantee

Recrutement Relèvesanté Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Relèvesanté subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
contact us at billing@relevesante.ca and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Renewals & cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle; on cancellation you keep access until the end of the current period. After the 30-day guarantee window, subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most billing questions can be resolved quickly by email. Paddle also handles all billing disputes as the Merchant of Record.
